I live in Cork, Ireland. My wife is also a scientist and we work in the same laboratory. At home we have an aquarium where we keep axolotls (5 of them). And we also feed couple of cats which come to our garden time to time.
-
My Work: Main objects of my studies are dairy bacteria which, for example, ferment milk so we could produce yogurt. I focus on improving the properties of such bacteria so we could have better dairy products.
